We're constantly working to create the best possible training companion - whatever your goal.

Behind the scenes the app is always in development. We're building, testing and trying out the features we hope will be of best use to the worlds athletes.

With each update, we're making the app smoother, building new features, and putting more control in your hands.

Version 9 brings some big changes, along with smaller tweaks that we hope will make Pillar an even more valuable addition to your training.

Version 9 of Pillar is all about bringing you greater insight into your training. With the new and improved 'performance' tab, you can delve deep into your training effect, readiness score and fatigue level.

We want to bring you new, genuinely useful guidance based off these metrics; so you have actionable advice rather than numbers on a chart. Look out for developments on this in future versions of the app.

We've also added notifications when Pillar senses your training load may be too high for a session, or when your fatigue levels peak. This is to help you understand where your sweet spot lies in terms of building fitness effectively.

We're excited to share the latest updates to the Pillar app with you.
