Behind the scenes at Pillar is a passionate team of world-class coaches, nutritionists and athletes working together to build an AI training companion. We're on a mission to change the training landscape for all kinds of athletes.
We're extremely proud to announce that Rachel Neylan has joined Pillar as a special advisor.
Rachel is a professional road cyclist and Olympian currently competing on the Women’s World Tour racing circuit. An enthusiastic lifelong learner, curious and passionate around the art and science of human performance.
She forged her own path from a practicing physiotherapist to World Championship Silver medallist road cyclist in just 5 years.
This knowledge, expertise and experience equipped with experience from her own journey, has translated into invaluable high-performance insights.
Twelve years later Rachel continues to represent Australia and produce world class cycling performances.
Relentless in her quest to achieve her performance potential, she has uncovered what it takes to formulate a world class athletic journey and stay at the highest-level year after year.
Rachel's pursuit of high-performance is an embodiment of human capability to make bold decisions, seek opportunities and embark on a journey to achieve their optimal potential.
With a B.Sc in physiotherapy from the University of Sydney, Rachel worked as a practicing physiotherapist with some of Australia’s top elite athletes.
Having completed the Oxford University Women's leadership development program, has strengthened her ability to share insights, experiences, and lead by positively influencing others.
While still racing professionally on the world stage in Europe, Rachel has begun advising organisations in sports technology and high performance sport providing a unique and valuable perspective.
