Happy New Year! It's time for Version 14.
We've shaken things up a little recently, and we're now looking to build features more quickly, and do smaller, more frequent releases.
Version 14 of Pillar includes:
- Improved overtraining notifications
- New events added
- Improved fitness/freshness graph
- Improved push to Garmin
- Improved profile feature
- Bug fixes
Improved overtraining notifications
As a result of your feedback, we've amended the terminology within the overtraining notifications to be more scientifically accurate.
Improved fitness/freshness graph
The fitness/freshness graph no longer uses terminology such as 'overtraining' for days when you may be fatigued.
Improved push to Garmin
You will now be able to see the 'export to Garmin' option, even if you have not linked you Garmin Connect account.
Improved profile feature
You're now able to edit your weight in the 'profile' tab.
If you are already a Pillar user, you will have already received an email to download the newest version of the app and try out the latest features.
