Here at Pillar, we're building the perfect training companion for your cycling. Whether it's learning, motivation, guidance or connection you need, we're making Pillar to answer it all.
The first feature we've built is adaptive training for all kinds of goals.
When you sign up to Pillar, you'll be presented with goals to choose from. This could be anything from dominating your local climb, boosting your endurance, to placing in the top 10 at the Tour of Wessex 2022.
We've taken into account the course profile for each event listed in our database, and your training plan will reflect that. So when the day comes, you'll be more than prepared.
Pillar will use all your information to generate an image of who you are as a rider, and will give you the optimal training program to help you smash your goal. Whether it's two years or two months away.

When you first open Pillar, you'll be presented with some questions about your current fitness, and basic details such as your age and weight.
After you answer these questions, you'll be able to pick your goal.
There are currently several kinds of goals within Pillar. Event goals, performance goals, lifestyle goals, and personal goals.
Under 'event goals', you'll be able to choose from our list of hundreds of events - UK based and overseas, single and multi-day.
Under 'performance goals', you'll see the 'hill climb' training pack. (More to come soon!)
Under 'lifestyle goals' you'll see the 'return to cycling' training pack. (More to come soon!)
Or, select your own 'personal' goal. Maybe you're looking for the KOM on a local segment, want to master a sprint, or simply your overall fitness.
Once you've selected your goal, Pillar will give you your own training plan based on your fitness and needs.
